About Us
Aligned Industrial Services is a proud partnership owned and operated in the lower mainland’s central hub, New Westminster. Established in 2018 out of a desire to improve the industry by offering facility owners an efficient and complete project and maintenance delivery service.
Our Management Team
Brad Dumont
Brad is a Red Seal certified Pipe Fitter and Mechanical Engineering Technologist. Brad has 10 years experience working at various Alberta petrochemical facilities along with 10 years of Project Management and Estimating experience in the lower mainland of BC. Brad has a multitude of experience in planning and scheduling various sizes of multi-trade piping and equipment projects in industrial facilities.
Garey Carlson
Garey is a Mechanical Engineering Technologist and has been part of the industrial sector of BC for 20 years and is well versed in complex piping, equipment, conveying systems and structural assemblies. His attention to detail and upfront planning have led to the successful completion of multiple projects of a variety of sizes. He has a proven record of providing project driven results over and above the client’s expectations.

Aboriginal Relationships
Aligned Industrial Services is proud to be a Certified Aboriginal Business through the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business. Our aim is to form and maintain strong relationships between the construction community and the aboriginal community.
Our goal is to create opportunities, experience and access to certification through the Indigenous Skills and Employment Training Program (ISET) and organizations such as ACCESS (Aboriginal Community Career Employment Services Society) and ITA (Industry Training Authority) to complete the cycle of career development. By offering employment experience in the industrial trades, estimating and project management professions, we are building a stronger, safer and better workforce for all community members of British Columbia.
